During his 4.5 years at adidas, Sinan managed recruitment and HR operations across Turkey and LENA regions (Egypt, Morocco, Jordan), leading strategic initiatives such as diversity and inclusion projects, internship programs, and employer branding campaigns.

Earlier in his career, Sinan gained significant expertise in executive search through his roles at JMA and OneWorld Consulting.

He was instrumental in conducting market research, talent mapping, and executive-level candidate evaluations for Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies.

Sinan is the Founder of CareerLab Consultancy, where he provides individualized coaching and career advisory services to professionals, while also consulting organizations on the design and optimization of comprehensive HR processes.

He also works as a Global Talent Partner at Talentway Consultancy and sHR Consulting, supporting companies in their recruitment and talent strategies.

With a strong educational background in Business Administration and International Relations from Koç University, along with advanced proficiency in English and French, he is dedicated to delivering innovative and sustainable HR solutions aligned with organizational goals and values.
